Our client is one of the largest providers of education management software in the UK They produce a range of web and mobile products which help more than 20,000 schools to manage their data and enable millions of parents to communicate with their school.
They are now recruiting a Commercial Operations Administrator to assist with managing the annual billing processes for customers to renew their software and maintaining accurate records of customers' licences. This is a hybrid role in which you'll split workbetween home and the office in Cardington, Bedford.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and cleansing the data within the Dynamics 365 CRM system
- Drafting the annual entitlement pre-invoice statements and accompanying guides for each market area
- Processing the returned annual entitlement quotes
- Process self-billing claim backs and academy refunds for local authorities
- Ensure that all customers are invoiced correctly
- Deal with licensing, support, annual entitlement and invoice enquiries
- Assist with customer online annual entitlement renewal portal queries
- Maintain instruction manuals, suggest process improvements and assist with the planning and implementation of new processes
- Perform other duties as and when required to support the Commercial Operations Team and the wider Commercial Department
Skills and Experience
- Experience in an administrative role
- Experience of providing excellent customer service in a customer-facing role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Pro-active and forward-thinking
- Demonstrates good numeracy and analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system would be an advantage
