**The role**
In addition to the above, the main responsibilities of the role are:
- Ensure systems are updated with relevant case numbers
- Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
- Understanding our various customers’ requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt with
- Maintain company service levels and deliver on set KPI’s
- Provide professional and friendly service
- Service in accordance with industry and company guidelines
- Handle any complaints associated with a claim as per the complaints process
- Manage all administration aspects of the claim.
- Other reasonable duties as required.
This role is based in our head office in Harlow, Working 38.8 hours per week.
**The person**
A confident self-starter, this person is a great communicator with a ability to build effective relationships, is highly organised and seeks to understand and resolve problems and shows initiative.
This person will be resilient under pressure and comfortable in a changeable environment with drive and determination to achieve goals.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
Essential:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Good understanding of voice/soft skill
Preferred:
- A background in insurance product administration and claim resolution
- Knowledge and understanding of FCA procedures.
