Investigate data definition and quality issues and enable a sustainable solution to those issues. To work closely with Information Services Team, Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers, Clinical Office Team Leaders, Appointment Centre, RTT Access & Performance Facilitators, Clinical Office Coordinators, Diagnostic and Therapy Departments across all specialities within the Trust to ensure patients are actively managed through patient pathways. Contribute towards the development and implementation of action plans arising from internal and external reviews, audits, validation exercises, and other related activities/ requirements for Surrey Safe Care (Cerner) and RTT data. To help shape training modules through identifying and reporting user errors that create poor data quality within Surrey Safe Care (Cerner).
