We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.

Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year.

We are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to focus on young people involvement, who has the ability to support young people with casework and develop young people’s life skills within a small team

**About you**
- Effective communicator with natural ability to facilitate open and honest conversations
- Able decision maker with a can do attitude
- Respectful and empathetic, always considering the impact on our young people
- Flexible, always adapting to changing needs
- Engaging, committed to self-development by engaging with training and continuous learning
- Proactive, always looking for creative ways of working

**What you’ll be doing**
- Engaging young people in Education, Employment and Training
- Supporting with keywork sessions, risk assessments and professional network meetings
- Leading young people activities and young people involvement
- Developing life skills sessions in line with contractual agreements
- Provide Housing Management functions such as rent collection and void management
- Adherence in service to contractual obligation

**You will be working Tuesday to Saturday on a fixed rota as follows**:
Week 1 Tuesday to Friday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Week 2 Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
