G Touring is the touring division of Bruce Poon Tip’s group of companies, which also include G Adventures and Tru Travels. Our mission is change lives through travel and we do that through our Cares programmes that runs alongside our not-for-profit partner, the Planeterra Foundation to ensure that the communities we visit benefit from tourism.

**Holiday Support Executive**
**Location**: Based in Market Harborough.
**Working Hours**: These roles are full-time permanent roles working 37.5 hours per week on different shift patterns during the opening hours of the department, which are Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.
**In this role you will**:
- Support accurate customer records
- Contact customers to confirm or verify details to fulfil the request and manage the query in the most efficient and customer focussed approach to maximise bookings and revenue
- Support the process to determine and ensure accurate recording of customer airport travel requirements.
- Provide sales support follow up for web bookings and partnership sales to confirm bookings
- Adding Excursions to existing bookings
- Updating bookings with customer requirements for available services
- Assist with customer holiday queries
- Communicating and administrating changes to customer holiday arrangements in line with PTR regulations
- Supporting communication of any necessary travel arrangements
- Assisting with the distribution of customer holiday documents and responding to documentation queries
- Processing holiday product set up requests to enable the sale of holidays
- Processing brochure requests
- Updating customer records to unsubscribe from mailing lists
- Administration of all incoming and outgoing post
**To be successful in this role you will**:
