We are a 100+ person company based across the globe with teams in LA, NY, Paris, London, Italy & remote. This is a fast paced company with a start up culture, where no 2 days are the same, and communication is key to maintaining optimal levels of performance. We are a small team of 3, with a payroll / people operations specialist based in the US and the People Leader based remotely but visiting the London office on a regular basis.

**Role purpose**

This role is a maternity cover position on a fixed term contract of approximately 13 months. We are looking for a competent HR professional with a positive outlook who is not afraid of getting stuck into a varied HR position. This role would suit someone who has a solid HR background and can easily transition from coaching managers on people issues to supporting the payroll process and reviewing data from our regular culture survey. Undoubtedly there is a level of admin support involved in the role too.

You will be the face of the People Team based in our London head office, this is a pivotal role primarily supporting our managers to ensure they are well equipped to manage their teams effectively to enable us to achieve our business goals.

We support international teams including a growing French team, if you have French language skills or knowledge / experience of French HR this would be a distinct advantage but is not a requirement of the position.

**Responsibilities**:
**Manager Support**
- Monthly manager 121s, providing proactive people management support
- Global Mgrs Meeting - Agenda creation and leading the monthly meeting
- Annual Pay Review process support
- Involvement in contracts of employment changes
- Co-ordination of flexible working requests
- Conducting exit Interviews for leavers & reporting findings to management
- Conducting inductions for new starters (excl US)

**Culture**
- Manage the bi-monthly “People Metric” on the Culture Amp platform
- Running focus groups (or supporting the People Leader to run the groups)
- Management & maintenance of People Hub (central hub of HR information for the teams)
- Co-ordination of Social Spend budget, including helping to organise monthly social events including the Christmas party

**General Administration**
- Input into payroll approval process
- Co-ordinate HMRC government gateway portal as needed
- Accor data reporting & support rollout of e-learning portal
- Bamboo reporting
- Global comms about processes
- Work with the People Leader on policy updates
- Organisation of the Learning Academy (internal learning programme)
- Management of benefits portals such as French AXA Health insurance & Occupational Health
- Administer the More Happi platform and promote benefits to managers
- Supporting People Team admin (People Inbox / jiras)
- Concur expenses - monthly, invoice approvals (Credit card)
- Support the running of the London office as needed
- Other admin tasks as needed

**Person specification**
- Solid HR background
- Experience with BambooHR system would be beneficial
- Knowledge of the Culture Amp platform would be beneficial
- You will be used to working in a fast paced environment
- Positive outlook & can-do attitude, supporting the culture of this business
- Natural ability to multitask, organise yourself and prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse data is critical to ensure accuracy of data
- Great communication skills - you understand the importance of regular communication

**Qualifications**:

- At least level 5 CIPD qualification is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Fluent in English is a must.
- International HR experience is highly desirable, specifically French
