**About the role**

Join our **Regional Civils** team as a **Site Agent **working on a newly awarded project in Wokingham. You will play a key part in this role and you will be delivering complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.

As an experienced Site Agent you will provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers & Foremen/women.

**What you'll be doing**
As a **Site Agent **you will:

- Lead the delivery team and make sure the project is delivered accordingly
- Set targets and KPI’s in line with Project objectives and monitor performance
- Ensure site audits are undertaken and takes appropriate action on the findings
- Implements systems and processes to manage the quality of the constructive works
- Assist and lead in Incident Investigation and information gathering / review.
- Appraise improvement options and actions / instigates as appropriate
- Monitor effectiveness of the H&S Management System.

**Who we're looking for** You will have the following skills**:

- BSc/HNC or equivalent in Civil engineering
- Experience of working on a Civil Engineering or relevant type Project
- NEC experience
- Hold a valid CSCS
- Tier 1 experience (beneficial) Strong work ethic with flexibility to work unsociable hours/nights as required by the programme
