Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Employers Agent to join our team at Hunter Dunning, a leading global cost consultancy. As an Employers Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of new build residential schemes in the Thames Valley region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial and contractual performance of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Administer contracts, negotiate with contractors, and advise on procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the cost management team to prepare cost budgets, appraisals, and reviews.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on development plans, value engineering, and risk management.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, inspect work, and manage handover.
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
  • Proven experience in residential largescale new build projects, preferably in a consultancy setting.
  • MRICS or working towards.

  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £55,000.
