Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager

1st Executive Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial needs of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage contract development and performance management, ensuring that contracts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on contract management and commercial performance, ensuring key performance metrics are built into contracts.
  • Capture, manage, and monitor all processes, procedures, and negotiations in relation to contract and client performance.
  • Ensure all legislative and contract requirements are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience working in a commercial/contract management role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the NEC Suite of Contracts.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial and financial principles, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of risk analysis and management, with the ability to resolve problems at an early stage.
