Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employers Agent to join our Building Surveying/Project Management team. As an Employers Agent, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual performance of projects, including contract administration, commercial procurement, and contractual strategies. You will work closely with our cost management team and report to Senior Associate Director level.

Requirements
  • RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • Consultancy background with residential largescale new build experience
  • MRICS or working towards
