Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Role Description: To support the Financial Controller to deliver outstanding accounting support to the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transactional processing duties including posting and raising invoices, etc.
- Process business expenses.
- Assist with office banking and processing, Including:

- Reconciling bank balances and statements.
- Verify bank deposits.
- Taking credit/debit card payments over the telephone.
- Moving money from office account to client account in line with RICS account rules where required.
- Ensure internal cheque and payment requests are reviewed, authorised and processed timeously and accurately.
- Inputting of payments onto the company’s internet banking platform.
- Stopping and cancelling out of date cheques.
- Working on the daily accounts payable invoices and recharges received and dealing with any exceptions.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets using excel and maintain files.
- Supporting the monthly management accounts production.
- Support Financial Controller in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Enhance skills by attending training as required.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of relevant rules and regulations including HMRC, RICS and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Comply with D&R IT and Data Protection policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to QMS process and support a continuous development culture.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues.
