**Management Accountant**
A fantastic career opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join our leading Global Group client within their UK Finance Team. To be based out of their Stoke on Trent office this is a fabulous opportunity to bring your skills and experience tothis thriving manufacturing company as well as develop your career further with them.
**Responsibilities of this Management Accountant role**:
The position will cover a broad area of responsibilities including:

- Assisting in all aspects of the finance department including weekly sales and month end reporting.
- Working closely with the Financial Controller and be able to provide cover in their absence
- Margin reporting and analysis
- Preparing quarterly vat returns.
- Check submitted expenses in line with policy and prepare for approval
- Assist in preparation of various account reconciliation including balance sheet reconciliations
- HMRC returns, including VAT
- Fixed asset register management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Stock analysis and reporting
- Provide timely and insightful reporting and management information as required
- Fostering relationships with key senior managers
- Undertake project-based work for specific business strategies & initiatives
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in excel (look-ups, and data tables)
- SAP experience would be advantageous
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be self-motivated, able to prioritise and meet all deadlines

**Details of this Management Accountant role are**:
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours per Week: 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).
Position Type: Permanent Position
