**About Our Client**:
The CS&S team also provides important support to customers to help them operate their businesses and their relationship with the customer effectively.
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a weekly schedule of calls to pubs/licensees and process their beverage orders.
- Promote key brands to our pubs, ensuring our licensees offer the best product selection to customers.
- Encourage licensee participation in Admiral's online ordering platform and provide assistance in its effective utilisation.
- Skillfully manage incoming calls and digital communications from licensees, internal colleagues, field team members, distribution partners, and suppliers.
- Offer a welcoming, professional, and supportive point of contact for Admiral's licensees.
- Oversee critical tasks integral to the beverage supply service, including time-sensitive actions like order troubleshooting, pick coordination, EDI issue resolution, escalation of nil orders, free-of-charge stock oversight, processing transfer orders, and reporting defective inventory (Tag Returns), among others.
- Display flexibility in tackling additional departmental responsibilities and providing aid as needed.
