Sales/accounts Administrator

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Sales/accounts Administrator located in our Keynsham office, Bristol. The role will support the company by assisting with order processing and post-sales customer service.
The appointed person will take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction through raising efficiencies, whilst working closely with the management team to increase customer experience and sales growth.
The role is varied, and requires a forward-thinking individual, to deliver multiple tasks, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of the daily requirements.

With 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
In addition, you’ll be enrolled into a company pension scheme.
**Who are we looking for**
- Customer experience, with a good telephone manner handling internal and external calls.
- The creation of quotes and orders, in a timely manner.
- General sales administration - creating purchase orders, booking out contracts and creating invoices.
- Confirmation of driver time sheets.
- You will effectively communicate with Credit Services and assist in managing accounts, including the agreement of customer credit limits and collection of cash in line with group targets.
- Using industry systems to delegate daily deliveries, (training will be provided).
- You will ensure the Customer Records System is fully up to date with customer contact information and project tracking.
- Updating accounts system.
- Communicating with customers managing payment, and orders.
- Outbound customer contact, ensuring regular communication with and courtesy calls.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- You will review dormant and prospect accounts and action accordingly.
- Maintaining good working relationship with other members of staff

- You will develop and maintain a business plan for designated accounts and ensure key actions are communicated to and implemented by the relevant parts of the business and sales team structure
- Manage time and prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of sage accounts (not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication
