**Office Administrator - Accounts and Sales Department**
**The role**:
As we continue to grow here at HAG, we are now looking for a proactive individual to provide efficient administrative support to our Accounts and Sales Departments. The purpose of the role is to assist in the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis whilst keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
**Responsibilities**:
- Produce customer invoices
- Generate reports to confirm contract margin analysis
- Assist with typing of quotations and general letters
- Carry out any carriage and postal requirements
- Reconciliation of delivery notes and invoices, resolving queries
- Verifying and reconciling of weekly time-sheets and assist in general payroll administration
- Generally assist in the smooth running of the Accounts and Sales offices
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous administrative experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Personable and friendly approach
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
- Able to work on own initiative and as well as part of a wider team
- Efficient with the ability to multitask and self-organise
- High level of attention to detail
