Encore Property Management Group are currently looking for an experienced **Estates Utilities & Insurance Accounts Coordinator** to join our established and growing team. This role will be responsible for the effective management of the utilities contracts and insurance policies for our portfolio of managed estates.

**Previous Service Charge, Accounts or Property Management Experience is Essential for this role.**

The Encore Property Management Group specialises in the ongoing management of large residential developments. Based in Cambridge and with offices in London, Peterborough, Sandhurst and Nottingham with 350+ members of staff. Encore prides itself on a commitment to excellence and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the Utilities Team & Supervising the Insurance Administrator
- Liaising with Energy & Insurance Brokers
- Handling Energy & Insurance Renewals
- Heating Reconciliations
- Keeping up to date with Heat Network Regulations & Government Schemes
- Liaising with External Billing Agents
- Assisting the mobilisation team with Smart Meter instillations, EV recharges & Solar Energy
- Ensuring all policies are compliant with the lease insurance requirements
- Creating and using reports from our system (Qube).

**Requirements**:

- Good standard of education is essential
- Experience in Property Management is highly desirable
- Understanding of contract placement and insurance policies
- IT Literate, especially with Microsoft Office.
