As an Electrical Test Technician at CBRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the technical compliance of our clients' estates. You will be responsible for conducting regular electrical inspections and tests to identify any potential issues or non-compliances. Your findings will inform recommendations for improvements and upgrades to ensure that the electrical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Your expertise in electrical installations, maintenance, and testing will enable you to provide valuable insights and support to the Technical Compliance Team. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help you identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions to address them.
With your strong communication skills, you will be able to effectively liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular electrical inspections and tests to identify potential issues or non-compliances;
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure electrical systems are up-to-date with latest regulations and industry best practices;
- Provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades to ensure electrical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant;
- Evaluate and implement health and safety policies and procedures set by the client and employer;
- Attend weekly toolbox talks and complete all training provided by the client and employer;
- Utilize client compliance software to directly report on the condition of electrical systems;
- Liaise with the client, planning team, compliance team, and other stakeholders;
- Pursue ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Desirable: Time-served electrical apprenticeship or equivalent; extensive experience considered as an alternative;
- Essential: NVQ Level 3 in an Electrical Installation or Maintenance discipline;
Salary: Estimated £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
