We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to work in London

Our client is a main contractor focusing on the social housing sector in reactive works and planned maintenance; you will be responsible for acting as the company's representation to the residents across the contract.

**Jobs duties/responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop client/customer and tenant relationships.
- Have a good understanding of the contracts and set requirements.
- Be able to communicate/ provide any relevant information effectively and handle any customer-based duties such as: visits, interviews, surveys, and complaints.
- Admin duties.

Able to drive, have your own car, happy to travel from site to site.

Monday to Friday

8am till 5pm

OUT ON SITE

Long term role available.

January start
