**About the role and our team**
Join our Team as an Administration Assistant at Nobles Hospital
Within this role, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Community Health Centre and Nobles Physiotherapy Department by providing clerical and reception support.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating computerised administration systems, including booking patient appointments and maintaining appointment diaries
- Opening and sorting incoming mail
- Maintaining stationery levels in a cost effective manner
- Organising patient transport and interpreter services when required
- Filing, photocopying and printing duties
- Providing excellent customer care ensuring that patient and colleagues requirements are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, who demonstrates determination and accuracy in their work. If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you
