Compliance Administrator

**Short Description**
The main role of compliance administrator is to assist and support the smooth running, of a fast paced, busy compliance department.
The main role of compliance administrator is to assist and support the smooth running, of a fast paced, busy compliance department. Within this role you should expect to deal with a variety of client entities including companies, trusts, pensions and accountancy clients. Assistance will also be required in ensuring the business's compliance with all applicable regulations, primarily (but not limited to) the Financial Services Rule Book and IOM AML/CFT legislation and Code. Responsible to: Head of Compliance,
- Assisting with assessing due diligence requirements for new clients
- Assisting with on-going monitoring of client entities
- Preparing and reviewing customer risk assessments
- Sanctions screening
- PEP Screening
- Transaction screening
- Data collection for regulatory reporting
- Assisting with compliance monitoring reviews
- Maintenance of regulatory registers
- Assisting with reviews of internal mutuals, policies and procedures
- Other duties as may be requested from time to time
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
