**Fulfilment Coordinator**
Pertemps are recruiting for a Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join our long-standing clients team based in Halesfield. As Fulfilment Coordinator you will be a crucial member of the team who will manage orders from initial point of contact right through to deliveryand payment of invoices.
We are looking for an individual with strong administrative, communication and IT skills to join on a temp-perm basis. Ideally, with previous experience in a similar role.
**Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn how to navigate the SAP system and understand what orders look like, how codes present and how to enter them onto the system. Recognise what journey then follows through to completion and invoice.
- Learn and understand how to recognise when pricing and codes don’t present correctly and initiate a conversation with whoever supplied the order so it can be rectified.
- Review data on customer’s orders and supplier purchase orders to ensure all details are correct before processing. When not correct or present, chase missing data so order is not delayed. Some orders will require coding, specing and dating before you canpass for processing which you will be expected to complete.
- Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations on service, quality, and response times to maximise repeat business. Maintain this standard whilst resolving questions, queries and problems presented in house and externally.
- Provide an efficient and proactive administrative service which ensures all sales-admin processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner in line with company processes.
- Liaise with the Sales Teams and manage the customer journey from initial order through to delivery and payment of invoice ensuring these are raised and dispatched on completion. Always ensuring customers are kept updated throughout.
- Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly in line with GDPR.
- Amend live orders, dates, billing and completion dates, materials etc.
- Offer support to current customer service team with general, daily tasks, including but not limited to chasing POD’s, confirming delivery dates with clients, extracting, and uploading information to and from customer portals, support with invoicing.

All the above duties are based on initial training and completion of the training program provided. Some tasks will be viable immediately, and some over time upon reaching training milestones and gaining understanding of the system and business.
- Will hold basic knowledge of SAP _advantageous _
- Minimum grade A-C in Maths and English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A team player and able to work well collaboratively aswell as solo
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbally
- A polite and confident telephone manner
- Strong time management, multitasking and prioritising workload
- Works well under pressure
- Experience in a customer service environment

**Hours**37 p/w. Mon-Thurs 09:00-17:00 Fri 09:00-16:30
**Salary**_£22,000 - £23,000 _£11.44-11.96p/h depending on experience
