This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and successful company based in Telford as a sales administrator to join their customer service/ sales support team. Initially the role is on a temporary basis, however if it proves successful it could become a temp-to-perm role. The role will be based in a lovely modern working environment as part of a diverse and friendly team.

**Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Managing activities throughout the order fulfilment and transport cycle.
- Processing orders, enquiries, and account activity on the internal ERP system.
- Issuing picking and packing paperwork to the warehouse.
- Produce relevant supporting Export documentation.
- Scheduling daily shipments, booking transportation.
- Liaising with international and domestic freight forwarders and couriers, to obtain quotations and resolve escalations.
- Support communication between Operations, Sales, and Accounts departments.
- Providing support for technical issues and Customer complaints.
- Operate as a team, providing support and cover for colleagues within the Department.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar sales administrator, sales coordinator, sales support, customer service administrator role
- MS Office Skills - Excel and Outlook and working knowledge of ERP system
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Assertive, resilient, optimistic, and open to change
- A collaborative approach to working with others
- Experience of working within Export Sales would be advantageous
- European language skills such as German or Spanish would be beneficial but are not essential
