- ngage with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries for the purpose of taking orders, order fulfilment, or admin-related post-sales activities. D
- evelop and share quotes for specified categories of leads using standardized pricing tools. P
- rocess orders into the ERP after quote acceptance, ensure clients receive follow-up of sent quotes and assist in turning quotes into orders. S
- upport account managers and owners by performing administrative-related tasks. T
- rack previous orders and supply data from internal data sources when directed by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of accounts and account opportunities. S

U
- niversity Degree or High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in customer service or sales support. P
- roficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). K
- nowledge of CRM software would be nice to have. S
- trong English command is mandatory due to international environment. S
- trong communication and administrative skills, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. B
- usiness acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes. W
- ell organized and detail minded. G
- ood analytical and problem solving skills. E
- xperience in a global environment to support users globally would be a plus. Good team player, collaborative and supportive.
