This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long established organisation who are leaders within their fields and who offer excellent career progression.

**The Role**

Carry out all the plumbing works required for our property management residential property portfolio. The work available is usually in the evenings and weekend, that in line with your full time job. Days during the week could be offered as well based on availability.

**The Person**

You will need to have all road plumbing skills and be able to carry out the following types of work:

- Reactive plumbing
- Water leak repairs
- Install & fix bathrooms
- Install & fix toilets
- Install & fix electric showers
- Tracing & fixing leaks
- Assisting in installing new boilers
- Changing & fixing radiators
- Fitting taps
- Pipe work
- Fit new piping for washing machines/ dishwashers
- Clear blockages
- First and second fix piping for new projects
- Installing soil & vent pipes

**Applicants must have**:

- A Full UK driving license
- Their own tools required
- Good customer service skills
- 5+ years plumbing experience
- Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
- Be a team player with good communication skills
- Be happy to work alone
- Have good organisational skills
- Have Good Time management
- Fluent in English
- Hard working
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trade
- You must possess good all round multi-trading skills

Hours: part time as and when required.

Ideally the role is for immediate start or ASAP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
