Location of Work: Enfield & Haringey Areas

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long established repairs & maintenance organisation who are leaders within their fields and who offer excellent career progression.

**The Role**

The work is typically reactive and planned maintenance from a small repair to small works such as kitchen and bathroom installations. It will be moving from job to job throughout the day/week predominantly on a reactive basis. The potential to manage a team is available as new contracts are won.
- Repairs to water leaks, trace & access, replacement taps, cisterns, CWS tanks, DHW cylinders, booster pumps, showers, bathroom sanitary ware.
- Add new pipe work and radiators to our new loft conversions and extensions.
- Fix and add new electric showers where required.
- Experience in working for a Reactive Maintenance company covering Domestic premises within the London area.
- Plumbing fault finding / rectification.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining gas heating appliances including the ability to diagnose defects and accurately report findings to include the cost of repairs.
- The ability to review work on site and identify the most efficient methods of repairing/maintaining and costing same.
- The ability to effectively communicate with the company's repairs co-ordinating team and clients in support of delivering service excellence.
- To participate in the company's on-call rota.

You will need to have all road "multi trade" skills and be able to carry out the following types of work:

- Plumbing
- General carpentry
- Paint and decorating
- Plastering
- Tiling
- General handyman skills

**Key Requirements**
- Current holder of a CSCS card is preferable but not essential.
- Full driving license & vehicle
- Must have own plumbing & trade tools
- High standards of personal presentation & service

Ideally the role is for immediate start or ASAP.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance

**Salary**: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
