My client is in an exciting period of growth and are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking Business development Executives to join their team.

**The Role**
- Contacting potential ‘SME’ business customers both locally and across the UK to book appointments for a field sales consultant to attend
- Developing and sustaining a solid pipeline of customers to stay in contact with throughout their contract.
- Using Sales scripts to handle objections and increase volume of sales
- Confidently holding conversations with customers from multiple backgrounds
- Explain our market leading products & services
- Handling and overcoming objections
- Working towards targets and ensuring KPIs are met
- Updating CRM system and arranging call backs
- The ability to follow scripts but still sound genuine.
- The ability to defuse tension on a phone call.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven.
