We are really pleased to be recruiting for this Newcastle based organisation who are experiencing a time of exciting change following an acquisition.

To support their established HR team through this period of change they are seeking to recruit an experienced and confident HRBP for a fixed term contract of 12 months.

You’ll provide a comprehensive HR Business Partner Service to the organisation who have offices across the UK.

You will partner with relevant 'Heads of’ in your region to:

- Support on the employee relations and change management aspects of proposed changes to the business structure within the region
- Oversee all employee relations within the regions where appropriate
- Provide direction and implementation of HR and management initiatives
- Analyse Management Information to provide insights
- Understand and contribute to the Business Unit’s strategy where required
- Advise and support on HR matters to ensure their effective management. Issues may include performance management, investigations, sickness, flexible working grievances and disciplinaries etc
- Provide advice and facilitate all family friendly initiatives e.g., maternity leave, shared parental leave and parental leave
- Embed the outcomes of succession planning and support promotion activities.
- Working with Leadership and Engagement Partners to ensure engagement strategy is embedded at a local level
- Contribute to the facilitation of listening strategies
- Support Wellbeing Champions across the business
- Be trained as a mental health first aider
- Actively promote and engage with the Wellbeing strategy
- Work closely with the Diversity & Inclusion team by contributing ideas and implementing initiatives

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Business Partner who has led on transition projects previously. An in-depth knowledge of current UK Employment Law and legislation is essential along with proven experience in managing a wide range of Employee Relationsissues.

You will demonstrate the ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgements around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business from an Employee Relations perspective and have experience of being the primary HR contact for client base.

With sensitive people skills, a high level of emotional intelligence; excellent interpersonal skills; a wide understanding of people issues, you will have the ability to work well under pressure and manage own time effectively.
