We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Administrator / Parts Administration Assistant & Coordinatorwho has previous invoicing experience with an eye for detail and excellent organisational, administrative, time-management, customer service, communication,planning and coordination skills.

Working as the Administrator / Parts Administration Assistant & Coordinator you will be supporting all the team with invoice, delivery, stock and day to day queries.

As the Administrator / Parts Administration Assistant & Coordinator you will play a key role in dealing with finance and vendors to ensure invoices arrive with all the correct information including any postage/delivery charges and that the invoices matchwhat is on the Purchase Order.

**DUTIES**

Additional systems training will be provided. Once trained your duties as the Administrator / Parts Administration Assistant & Coordinator include:

- Responsible for all invoice queries
- Understand Basware and ELC Good Received Notes (GRN)
- Input stock counts into ELC
- Helping stock counts into ELC
- Helping with stock counts
- Adhoc driving - if parts are required and can be collected
- Call suppliers to get up to date information on purchase order deliveries
- Update pricing files
- Run stock reports
- General admin duties on ELC (stock holding quantities)

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Understanding financial invoice process
- Must be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office / 365, MS Word, Excel and Outlook - Additional systems training provided
- Good organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Team player
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold a full and valid driving license
