We’re currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our welcoming and close-knit H beauty family at The Champagne Bar in Newcastle.

Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre not only to the beauty market but also to the dining industry through our H beauty standalone stores across the UK. **About the Role**

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll report into the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for managing waiting teams and leading their area of business in a manner that will ensure all parties’ expected standards are maintained at all times. As well as creating and delivering extraordinary customer service, you’ll ensure targets are met while staying focused on operational excellence as the roles key attribute is delivering a world class restaurant experience.

Driving, supporting and motivating the restaurant team to deliver on the combined Harrods and brand goals and ensuring we have the right talent in place will be part of your main responsibilities. You will understand the long term vision for restaurant regarding its goals, targets and commercials and be able to set plans whilst working with key stakeholders within the restaurant, bar and Harrods to support growth.

**About You**

You’ll have a strong track record of hospitality experience, with time spent working at a supervising level within a busy bar, restaurant or high-end café. Having great knowledge and a passion for food and drink, you’ll have the ability to perform duties effectively and at the highest standards with minimum supervision and guidance.

You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels. Having good PC literacy is a must (Word, Excel and preferably SAP).
