Shaw healthcare is looking for a Administrator to join the team at **Westbrook House in Margate.** Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of Facilities Management support to our partners - KCC & NHS. **Westbrook House **has an excellent reputation as highly valued provider of care. The needs of the service users and patients are at the centre of all we do every single day.
The FM Administrator is a key point of contact for our Partners with excellent communication skills, delivering the highest standards of customer service. Along with promoting equality & diversity in line with our the Shaw Healthcare care principles of 'wellness, happiness, and kindness'.
**Duties include**:
Placing Maintenance Orders, answering the phone and dealing with deliveries
Processing invoices
Staff Rotas & Processing time sheets
Secretarial filing
PA duties to the Senior FM Manager;
Communicating with Shaw head office departments in relation to, purchasing and stock control, financial, payroll, HR, Recruitment and other relevant matters affecting the Site;
Cash finances - mainly petty cash
Coordinate collation, validation of time-sheets with the Senior FM Manager
Monitoring of Planned Maintenance Schedules & liaising with Contractors
Administration of Life Cycle maintenance & refurbishments
Essential to be Health and Safety aware, to work with the team to ensure the safety of all occupants.
You may be required to undertake any other duties as requested by your Manager.
