We are looking for 2 Home First Administrators, 37.5 hours over 7 days 08:00-16:00 each post - Band 3 equivalent KR5.

The new Home First Service is our first move into joint working with NHS and KCC colleagues. This new Service has been designed to offer a wrap round supported discharge from Hospital or to provide an integrated approach to prevent hospitalisation. Initially, the service will operate within the Thanet and Canterbury areas with a base at Westbrook House in Margate. It will operate 7 days a week, 8am to 20:00.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for two people with strong administration skills and an eye for accuracy. You will understand the importance of thorough recording, be confident when speaking to people and be able to juggle many tasks at the same time.

**We are looking for 2 people who have**:

- Excellent IT skills
- Understand the importance of supporting a community work force
- Accurate recording skills
- Can work independently and want to develop further skills
- Confidence to engage with people and their questions but also know when to pass this to the appropriate person
