**Position**: Office Administrator

Knights Lodge Properties Ltd are a Property Development Company. **Job Description/Duties**:

- Assist with the processing of both sale and purchase invoices
- Generate purchase orders on Xero & Construction Manager
- Assist with the company buying process with suppliers
- Update and maintain company spreadsheets including budget record data entry
- Liaise with homeowners and tenants for both new builds and rental properties
- Liaise with Suppliers, Contractors, Architects and other professionals within our industry
- Monitor the sales progression of new build homes with Estate Agents and Solicitors
- Ensure the office is running smoothly and keeping front of house
- Assist as and when required in monitoring Clixifix our online snagging record system.
- Be the first point of contact when people arrive into the office.

**Skills Required**:

- Competent user of Google suite/Microsoft Office and Xero preferable
- Numerical Aptitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Ability to work well in a team as well as using own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Annual Leave**:
23 days annual leave with full pay a year, plus statuary UK bank holiday pay.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
