We take pride in providing top-notch service and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our visitors.We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team. As a housekeeper at Margate House, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our hotel's guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. Your work will contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Ensure all bathroom amenities are stocked and maintain the cleanliness of bathroom fixtures.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including our reception area, hallways, and lounge.
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling.
- Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed.
- Assist in laundry and linen management.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
