**About Our Client**:
Our client is a respected national homebuilder with an established reputation known for providing excellent customer service to the wider communities.
Key responsibilities of the people services administrator:
- Provide advice and support to colleagues on the employment life cycle.
- Work in partnership with the payroll function, processing new starters, leavers, internal movers and changes to working hours.
- Monitor and action the HR inbox
- Provide administrative and transactional support to the wider team.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of data input.
- Be aware of regulatory and legal/policy changes
- Ensure information security requirements are met
- Provide accurate and timely data.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- CIPD qualification or working towards
- Demonstrable experience of providing transactional HR support.
- A knowledge of payroll would be desirable
- Previous experience of working with HR systems.
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
