Data Input Administrator

Roydon Group are one of the UK's leading Plastics Reprocessing and Waste Management Companies employing over 160 staff across 3 sites. We are looking for a Data Input Administrator to join our administrative team in our Waste Management Office with an immediate start.
**What does the position entail?**
- Input data from various waste reports / weighbridge tickets from completed services into our bespoke user-friendly system
- Chasing up any contractors for jobs reports / relevant paperwork for missing information whilst maintaining a good rapport with our contractors.
- Working accurately to deadlines
- Liaising both internally and externally to solve queries
- Assisting with incoming calls into the departments
- Any ADHOC General Office and Administrative functions required including filing and arching
- Communicating well with your team and line manager and wider business
You will be working within a small team providing excellent levels of customer service alongside accuracy and attention to detail. You must be able to ‘think on your feet’ as the environment is fast paced, working to tight deadlines and strict SLAs.
Excellent Organisation, Administrative and Communication skills are required. You must be willing to learn new functions and systems, and comfortable working across various software and Microsoft packages.
Waste Industry Experience is preferred, but not essential
Salary is to be decided dependent on experience and proven performance.
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
45 hours per week (paid breaks included)
**Salary**: From £23,400.00 per year
