We first opened our doors in August 1987 and have since been at the forefront of early education and childcare in Montrose and the surrounding area.

Our three exclusively designed rooms and outdoor learning space are fully equipped with the most up to date facilities to meet children’s progressive learning and development needs whilst maintaining the warm, loving and caring atmosphere of home. At Rompers we provide specialist care for each age group, having highly qualified and experienced staff, along with a staff team that have shown long term commitment to the nursery. This high level of professionalism and commitment to early years is fundamental in meeting our visions and values at Rompers.

Our nursery is open all year round however we close over the Christmas period for staff and children.

**What we are offering**
- Full time position working with our 0-3 year old children

Leadership responsibilities
- 42.5 hours per week over 5 days
- 28 days holiday
- Full time permanent position - to start early April 2024.

**What we are looking for**
- SVQ level 3 or 4 or HNC in early education
- PDA (optional)
- Confidence in knowledge and practice
- Able to communicate effectively with other staff, parents and other agencies
- Experience with Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition and current early years documents
- Knowledge and experience of GIRFEC
