Senior Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineering Manager to join Rullion's team, to lead Process Engineering on projects and support the Head of Department as required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Brownfield and Greenfield projects, covering FEED and EPC work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver EPC projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Lead Pharmaceutical projects with a deep understanding of cGMP regulations
  • Develop and implement Process Engineering philosophies, equipment specifications, and monitor project/contractor/vendor compliance
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to complex technical problems
  • Attend client meetings and communicate issues with other engineers as required

Requirements:

  • BSc / BEng in an appropriate engineering discipline with a minimum of 15 years' experience
  • Strong leadership ability with effective delegation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and engineering design programs
  • Understanding of British and common international standards in the Process & Energy Sector

Working Environment:

  • Based at the Rullion site for 5 days/week
