Process Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Process Engineer to lead our Process Engineering team and support the Head of Department as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brownfield and Greenfield projects, covering FEED and EPC work, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the Process & Energy business sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Process Engineering project activities and deliverables within budget and schedule
  • Develop engineering philosophies, equipment specifications, and monitor project/contractor/vendor compliance
  • Provide sound technical advice and solutions to technical problems
  • Attend client meetings and communicate issues with other engineers

Requirements:

  • BSc / BEng in an appropriate engineering discipline
  • Chartered Engineer (desirable)
  • Minimum of 15 years general engineering experience with at least 10 years in the Process & Energy business sector
  • Experience of delivering EPC projects, Pharmaceutical projects, and cGMP
  • Good organizational and time management skills, ability to problem-solve effectively, and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively work in a team, attention to detail, personal integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Pro-active attitude, willingness to treat all people with respect, integrity, and consistency, and high levels of initiative and "get up and go"
