Sales and Customer Service Administrator

We are looking to recruit an additional team member due expansion. Based at our head office, working in a fast paced/busy environment this role would suit someone who, is proactive, customer focused and a team player. We’re a close-knit team so you’ll supported and training will be provided.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
**The Main Duties:
- **
- Sales order processing
- Sourcing and following up on new leads
- Raising and following up Quotations
- Keep customers updated on the status of their order
- Organising/ arranging deliveries
- Working on an in house system, maintaining customer databases and update customer records as needed
- Confident manner when dealing with customers on the phone
- Strong team player
- Have a good work ethic and attitude
- Be well organised with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
**Ideal Experience**:
- Have a strong customer service/order processing background
- Confident in working on various in house systems/ proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

Pay: £22,300.00-£24,000.00 per year
