- Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Provide general clerical support to staff members.

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
