Office Administrator for Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Managing Director of a leading pump manufacturing company.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant with a background in the manufacturing industry to take on a Monday-to-Friday role with hybrid working, training, and a range of company benefits. As the PA to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing payroll, assisting with diary management, meetings, briefings, and taking minutes for quarterly and board meetings. You will also oversee third-party partnerships, prepare employee contracts, support finance tasks such as VAT reporting, manage IT support, maintain confidential records, and handle ad-hoc projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
The Person We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have strong administrative skills, experience with financial and legal tasks, and HR responsibilities. If you are a motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
