Administrative Support Executive for Manufacturing Operations

Seeking a skilled Administrative Support Executive to provide high-level support to the Managing Director of a leading pump manufacturing company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.
Job OverviewThis role will involve providing administrative support, including managing payroll, assisting with diary management, and taking minutes for quarterly and board meetings. You will also be responsible for overseeing third-party partnerships, preparing employee contracts, and supporting finance tasks such as VAT reporting. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual with excellent administrative skills, experience with financial/ legal tasks, and HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a background in administration or a related field and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Manage payroll and assist with diary management
- Taking minutes for quarterly and board meetings
- Oversee third-party partnerships
- Prepare employee contracts
- Support finance tasks such as VAT reporting
- Handle ad-hoc projects and other administrative tasks
The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer hybrid working, 33 days' holiday, life insurance, and the opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer in the industry.
