**Internal Sales Account Manager**

**(Monday to Friday)**

**Cheshire**

**£32k + £10k bonus**

**Must drive and hold full clean UK driving licence due to location**

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join a well-established client of ours based in the Cheshire area. We are looking for self-motivated,

dynamic, and driven professionals who have experience in sales, whether this is face to face or telephone sales.

You will be responsible for developing all aspects of the business, developing new sales opportunities through warm leads and making outbound sales calls to high profile clients.

You will be responsible for building key relationships with your clients whilst maintaining accounts, ensuring you exhaust all opportunities to grow and maximise sales opportunities.
- You will have full responsibility of managing key clients based across the UK region and ensure exceptional customer service is provided to maintain business.
- To ensure all customer queries are answered in a professional and efficient manner, providing clients with product and services information as well as sending samples for them to review.
- Full responsibility of account managing individual accounts
- Building and maintaining key relationships
- Responsible for all administration and documentation required to progress sales
- Working closely with the field business managers to ensure customer sales are completed within SLA times.
- Responsible for the communication to the customer, such as pricing, product availability, shipment updates.
- Responsible for raising customer complaints and resolving them efficiently.
- Responsible for dealing with any client invoicing queries and liaising with the accounts team to resolve efficiently.
- To communicate to the customer at the earliest opportunity regarding any account concerns or issues
- Providing a weekly report on activity.
- Attending internal and external meetings as and when requested.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven track record of exceeding targets within a telephony-based or face to face sales environment
- Experience of using recognised sales techniques; implementing a structured sales strategy; managing sales pipelines
- Customer-facing background**_ (advantageous)_**:

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in sales and customer service (**_desirable)_**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good customer service skills and the ability to problem solve
- Driven and self-motivated individual who thrives in target driven environments.
