Are you a proactive, energetic, and passionate sales professional? Pareto is looking for a Business Development Director to join our Emerging Talent team and drive our continued success
As a Business Development Director at Pareto, you will operate in a 360-degree sales role, giving you full sales cycle responsibility—from lead generation (with support of an SDR) to closing deals and managing accounts. You'll work with a wide range of clients, from startups to enterprise businesses across all B2B sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more.
Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
# Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
Be responsive and flexible to changing business needs in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
# Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments.
# Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face.
# Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations.
