Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Support the resolution of workplace conflicts and issues, promoting a positive work environment.
- HR Administration
- Provide HR advice to employees and management on a variety of HR-related matters.
- Undertake HR and ER related projects to aid in the continued growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Ensure HR processes and practices align with legal requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.

20 days holiday, office based

The business will offer a mentor to help you develop and will support study.
