The Role:

As our Employment Law / HR Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of providing expert advice and solutions to our diverse range of clients.

From handling disciplinary issues to navigating complex employment law matters, you'll be the go-to person for all HR-related challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding clients through various HR matters, including redundancies, TUPE, and more
  • Crafting comprehensive policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Building and nurturing client relationships while developing new HR products and services.

What You Bring:

  • A track record of success in a similar HRfocused role, showcasing your expertise
  • Experience in providing HR consultancy or working in a shared service center environment
  • Extensive knowledge of HR and employment law practices
  • Exceptional client care skills, consistently going above and beyond
  • While not essential, a CIPD or Employment Law qualification would be highly beneficial.
