The Role: As our HR / Employment Law Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of providing expert advice and solutions to our diverse range of clients. From handling disciplinary issues to navigating complex employment law matters, you'll be the go-to person for all HR-related challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

- Guiding clients through various HR matters, including redundancies, TUPE, and more
- Crafting comprehensive policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Building and nurturing client relationships while developing new HR products and services.

What You Bring:

- CIPD, Employment Law qualification or Law Degree
- Experience in a HR-focused role
- Experience in providing HR consultancy or working in a shared service center environment would be beneficial
- Knowledge of HR and employment law practices
- Exceptional client care skills, consistently going above and beyond

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
