**This is an opportunity to join our fantastic HR team, supporting over 300 employees alongside the HR Manager, HR Advisor and HR Officer, where you will be involved with all aspects of recruitment to onboarding.**

At Your Chapter, our aim is to transform the lives of children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse. We are a transformational values-based business dedicated to ensuring all children and young people are cared for and supported within a stable environment. All staff are professionally qualified or working towards a qualification in therapeutic skills to enable them to tend to the children and young people’s practical, physical, and emotional needs.

As a successful applicant you will:

- Manage employee records in line with GDPR.
- Be able to prioritise your workload.
- Complete the onboarding process for each successful applicant following safer recruitment guidance.
- Support HR with Payroll administration
- Complete new starter paperwork including offer letters and contracts.

Experience Required:

- Experience of 3 years or more in HR Recruitment / Onboarding role
- A genuine interest in HR with a driven nature for personal development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A team player is essential.
- Flexible and resilient work approach with ability to multi-task in fast paced environment is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience of working with applicant tracking system and excel spreadsheets.
- Desirable: understanding of safer recruitment processes and or exposure to the care sector
