**Onboarding Co-ordinator (in-house)**
**Type: Permanent**
**Hours: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid**
**Location: Cheadle Hulme, SK8 6RQ**
**Salary: £24,932 - £27,702 per annum**
**Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays**
**Role Summary**
Here at Seashell Trust we provide care and education for children and young people (up to 25 years old) with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, sensory impairment and communication disorders and autism.
This role offers a blend of office and remote working and is an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled Onboarder / Talent Attraction/Acquisition specialist, or for someone with agency experience looking to work in an internal / in-house recruitment team within a HR department.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a recruitment/resourcing role
- Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong telephone pre-screening and face to face interviewing skills and experience
- Experience working with an ATS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with previous stakeholder management experience
- Excellent administration skills including updating reports and spreadsheets, with strong MI and reporting skills
- Ability to multitask and work towards flexible and also tight deadlines
- Experience working in the Education or Care sector advantageous
