**Responsibilities**:

- Work together to establish, evaluate, and revise academic programmes and course offerings with faculty members.
- Keep track of how the curriculum relates to institutional objectives, accrediting standards, and market developments.
- Helping to create compelling academic content that encourages critical thinking and active learning.
- Active involvement in creating academic calender at the beginning of new batch
- Enable a supportive learning environment by putting strategies into place to improve student retention, advancement, and achievement.
- Organise workshops, resources, and academic advising services to assist students in making decisions about their academic careers.
- Provide academic guidance and counselling to students, addressing their individual needs, concerns, and aspirations.
- Encourage collaboration and the sharing of best practises by facilitating communication between faculty members.
- Help the faculty create instructional strategies, assessment tools, and teaching materials that encourage successful learning outcomes.
- Organise faculty professional development opportunities to advance their teaching and academic credentials.
- Organise the evaluation of programme performance and student learning outcomes to ensure ongoing progress.
- Maintain conformity with academic norms and regulations by working with assessment teams and awarding body.
- Participate in the creation and management of surveys and assessments to obtain student and faculty input.
- Ensure that records of student development, academic plans, and interventions are accurate.
- For institutional decision-making, create reports on programme performance, and student accomplishment.
- Analyse data to find areas that need improvement and support initiatives that are data-driven.
- Organize and oversee academic events such as induction programs, webinars, practical session, assessment dates and guest lectures.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and evaluation of academic events.

Pay: £11.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Master's (required)
